Once an eligible return is received and inspected at our facility, approved refunds are issued as a full refund back to your original payment method (via Stripe or Afterpay) in $ USD.
Because we offer 100% free returns, you will receive a complete refund of your original purchase price. We charge a $0.00 return shipping fee and a $0.00 restocking fee.
Returned items undergo an inspection upon arrival to verify condition. Once approved, refund processing is initiated from our end within 6 business days.
After we initiate the refund, please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway (Stripe or Afterpay) to post the funds to your account.
Since we provide 100% free shipping on all orders, there are no initial shipping costs to deduct. You will always be refunded the full amount you paid at checkout for eligible returns.
